Handling Time 
 
- Items payed will be prepared for delivery on the same day when warranty returns from the respective brands.
 

 
Delivery Time
 
- We deliver your items within 1 business day ( Monday - Friday is considered as Business Days ) of receiving your warranty items.
 

 
Payment Options
 
- Payment via Cash upon warranty submission to our service departmant.
- Payment via Bank transfer to C-Zone Sdn Bhd via direct debit is accepted :
- MayBank2U          - account : 5641 3750 3313 : C-Zone Sdn Bhd
- Public Bank Direct - account : 3127 582 327 : C-Zone Sdn Bhd
- C-Zone or iStore Gift Certificates are accepted.
- Payment via Credit Card is not available as of this time. ( Implementation in progress )
 

 
Delivery Charges
 
- Myr 10 ( ten malaysian ringgit ) will be charged per delivery for small items.
- There is no minimum nor maximum order amount as charges applies.
- Charges apply per delivery ( multiple items allowed per location) and not on per item.
- Charges apply should item be delivered to multiple locations. Myr 10 per location unless stated otherwise.
- Examples of small tangible items are ( microprocessors, hard disk drives, external storages, laptops & tablets )
- Our service team will advice you on the delivery charges as you place your order.
 
- myr 50 ( fifty malaysian ringgit ) will be charged per delivery for large items.
- There is no minimum nor maximum order amount as charges applies.
- Charges apply per delivery ( multiple items allowed per location) and not on per item.
- Charges apply should item be delivered to multiple locations. Myr 50 per location unless stated otherwise.
- examples of large items are ( complete cpu units, printers, scanners & lcd monitors )
- Our service team will advice you on the delivery charges as you place your order.
 

 
Delivery Advice
 
- Since items are delivered within 1 business day from the day of receiving your warranty items. Customers are advised to provide us with a correct recepient address and designated receiver for your item/items to avoid any issues.
- Items shipped will bear our seal and it is the upmost importance for our clients not to receive the items should the seal were to be broken.
 

 
Reasons for Undelivered Packages
 
There might be times when your items are returned to us as undeliverable. examples of such cases are :
- Incorrect address or other address problems ( we can't deliver to prisons at this moment )
- Items damaged during delivery.
- Unforseen Acts of Nature or Natural Disasters.
 
When items are returned, we will resend the item to you once we agree upon a time frame.
A full refund ( excluding delivery charges ) will be issued if Items that are not able to be re-delivered.
If you would still like to purchase the items that were undelivered, you are welcome to place a new order with our sales team.
