What to Do 
 
A - Simple. You will be be informed by our service team upon sending us an item for warranty on your options to deliver.
B - If you already have an item with us. You will be informed by our service team on your options when your items reach us. 
 
1 - Should you have declined but would like to change your decision to have it sent back to you.
2 - Check the delivery coverage and find out if we are able to deliver to your prefered destination.
3 - Pick up the phone and dial +603.2143.2766 ( Kuala Lumpur ) or +603.7957.8841 ( Petaling Jaya / Selangor ).
4 - Kindly inform our service team that you would like to use our delivery services.
5 - Prepare your personal details as below
 


First time customers
 
- Full Name.
- NRIC for your unique membership id.
- Full Address for delivery  .
- Contact Details - Cell number / Office / Residence.
- Email address.
 

 
Returning customers
 
- NRIC unique membership id.
 

 
6 - Transfer the funds to our account. Details Here
7 - Wait for SMS confirmation of cleared payment.
8 - Wait for SMS confirmation of items in transit.
9 - Items will be delivered the next business day to your designated address.
# - Inspect & enjoy your repaired / replaced item.
